UK financial watchdog tells firms to review 'buy now, pay later' promotions
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has addressed a warning to firms offering "buy now, pay later" (BNPL) products. In particular, the UK financial watchdog notes that all financial BNPL promotions must comply with the regulatory requirement even though some of the agreements are not yet regulated.
